2. OUR EVENTS
ATTENDANCE
By attending a Friends Concept event you confirm that you grant Friends Concept the permission to take and use audio or visual recordings and photographs of you that may be displayed on the Friends Concept website or social media accounts and for general publicity purposes. Please see the corresponding event descriptions to see the specific partners and event sponsors with whom we may share your info.

REGISTRATION DATA
If you register on our website, we store your chosen username, your email address, and any additional personal information added to your user profile. PURCHASE DATA
To reserve a ticket to attend a Friends Concept sponsored event you may use our website, Facebook, Instagram, Meetup, or Eventbrite purchase options. We will receive your name and the number of tickets reserved. The storage of your user data is required for us to allow you access to the event and provide other customer services. We do not store any further data. If you are asked to complete a survey in the course of your ticket reservation, please note that your answers will be tabulated anonymously. Any purchase codes or confirmation numbers will be stored together with expiration dates and your user data when submitted via the Facebook, Instagram, Meetup, or Eventbrite portals. Only the data you explicitly provide is sent, and you are asked for consent, each time you want to reserve a new ticket.
CONTACT FORM
Information submitted through the contact form on our site is sent to our company email, these submissions are only kept for customer service purposes. Where specifically noted, information submitted through the contact forms on this site will subscribe you to our monthly newsletter. Your email and personal data will never be shared with third parties.
