I’m Terrence the first organizer of Soirée Concept and this is my story:

Back in 2017, I had been living in Paris for most of my years after 20 years I still found it difficult to break into social circles and make meaningful friendships. Existing events tended to be superficial—more about party buddies than genuine human connection.

I longed for something more—a supportive community where people could reveal their true selves and learn from each other.

So I started hosting meetups in public places in Paris. These gatherings soon blossomed into recurring social events designed to foster meaningful bonds.

Thus, Soirée Concept was born—a movement bringing together diverse people to forge new friendships through shared experiences.

I realized we often become boxed within our own environments, surrounded by similar people. To grow, we need to break down barriers and open ourselves up to new cultures, perspectives, and ideas.

As an avid event planner, I poured heart and soul into curating Soirée gatherings, testing countless icebreaker activities and games to create the perfect recipe for authentic human connection.

It started small with university students and local Parisians. But through word-of-mouth, Soirée Concept grew and become a professional organization under the name Friends Concept.
Today Friends Concept grew past La Manche and is now coming to London in 2023.

I want to create events where people emerge with expanded social circles, self-confidence, and an energized drive to make a positive difference in the world.
