Get ready for a thrilling day of competition and camaraderie at Almost Olympians: The 2024 Games for Rising Champions! Happening on September 21st, just after the Olympic Games, this event is all about celebrating the incredible athletes who came so close to Olympic glory.

Teams of 4 athletes will be paired by our special algorithm to ensure you’ll be matched with people who share your vibe, will go head-to-head in a series of exciting games. These rising stars will compete in a series of thrilling challenges that test not just their strength, but also their agility, strategy, and, most importantly, their ability to work as a team.

📅 Agenda of the day

09:00 – 10:00: Registration and Warm-Up

  • Almost Olympians check in, team meetup, and enjoy a light warm-up session led by “professional trainers” to get everyone ready for the day.

10:00 – 10:30: Opening Ceremony

  • Kick off the event with a high-energy opening ceremony including a brief overview of the day’s activities.

10:30 – 12:00: The GAMES part 1

  • Teams compete in a series of challenges that test speed, agility, and teamwork.

12:00 – 13:00: Picnic Break and Social Hour

  • Almost Olympians will enjoy their OWN MEAL that they have brought to the event. A great time to relax and refuel before the afternoon events.

13:00 – 14:30: The GAMES part 2

  • Teams participate in activities that focus on coordination, precision, and strategic thinking.

14:30 – 15:00: Break and mini-games

  • Take a short break with interactive fun activities to mingle with others Almost Olympians

15:00 – 16:30: The GAMES the GRAND FINAL

  • The day culminates in an epic challenge.

16:30 – 17:00: Closing Ceremony and Awards

  • Celebrate the day’s achievements with a closing ceremony with awards. A final chance to cheer for all the participants and celebrate their hard work and sportsmanship.

17:00: Event Conclusion

  • The event officially concludes, and participants are free to go or join us for a last celebration together at the bar.

Teams are made up of four athletes, each carefully matched by an algorithm based on your answers when you register. To ensure a personality and diversity match . The challenges are designed to test not just individual abilities but also how well the teams can work together.

The event will feature a variety of games, obstacle courses, and precision-based games that test agility, coordination, strategy, and teamwork. It’s not just about strength—every challenge is designed to be fun and engaging, requiring teams to think on their feet and support one another.

It’s designed for people in the same age range (~20-40 years old) to build friendships and enjoy teamwork.
